Mike Maddox

I barely graduated high school. Then went into the Air Force for 10 years, seen the world and learned that I was worth a shit and the USA is the greatest place on earth. I married a girl that knows more of you than I do. I don't know what I ever did to deserve her, we have been together sense '88.

In ’98 we inherited a teenager from my wife’s family and am proud that she graduated Stagg High School did some college and didn't end up pregnant. She is on her own 2 feet now. We also had 2 boys 10 years apart. My oldest son Colt passed away September 10, 2009 of cancer. We miss him dearly. It was a long hard fight and he was very strong. We are very proud of him.

My youngest son is very smart and adorable. Lisa is left in an empty house on school days now.

I ran away from Chicago 3 times (Miami, South Bend, & Bloomington) but was dragged back each time so I finally gave up and bought a house here. I graduated in '06 from GSU with honors. I continue to work in the trade I learned in the service; Environmental Engineering, Water Treatment. My work takes me all over the country to help people with there issues. I work for a great company that I make a difference internally and externally.

With the pain still fresh I do not know what will happen next. God only knows.
