David M. Sullivan, 45, of New Lenox, formerly of Orland Park and Oak Lawn, passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2016. Loving husband of Tiffany; beloved father of Aidan and Ava; dearest son of Daniel E. and the late Lois Sullivan; cherished brother of Kathy Sullivan, the late Danny Sullivan, Patti (Karl) Schmider, Sharon Sullivan and Joe (Angela) Sullivan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Dave will be loved and missed by his many friends and family.
